A Public Limited Company based at Karachi requires an Ideal SENIOR MANAGER(TECHNICAL). Responsibilities: • Lead engineering activities in the design, optimization and trouble -shooting of new processes and improvements in existing processes. • Manage process documentation; responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate work instructions, process control plans and standard operating procedures. • Interact with plant quality, engineering, maintenance, continuous improvement and operations departments on a daily basis. • Lead and own team resource planning and budgeting activities. • Develop and maintain resource work plans, estimates, schedules and budgets. • Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions. • Participate in objective setting, project planning, and review of plant performance. • Provide support to the area team to manage abnormal situations / issues, troubleshooting, etc. on a 24/7 basis as needed. • Inspire team members to reach higher levels of performance through trust, delegation, participation and coaching. • Provides strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures within the specified functional area of focus. • Continuously focus on production efficiency, identify causes of downtime and proactively identify opportunities for improvement in product quality and productivity while driving out cost. • Implement and follow through on corrective and preventative actions for variances. • Any other work assigned by the Management. Qualification: B E/M E(Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial & Mfg) from well reputed Universities. Experience: 04 – 06 years job related experience with an industrial organization.
